Refund policy
This page explains how an evaluation fee is recorded and how a refund request is reviewed.

The fee is shown first
The evaluation price is shown on the program and again before you confirm. Confirming records that fee and opens the account.

When a refund can be requested
Write to the support email on the contact page and include the account email. The firm reviews the request. Opening the account starts the evaluation.

A breach is not an automatic refund
If the account crosses a published loss limit, new orders stop. That outcome does not by itself refund the fee.

How the decision is recorded
An approved refund is recorded against the purchase. It is not an instant card reversal, because the fee is recorded on the firm's ledger.
